Ingredients:

1.5oz Quince Fruit Spirit
1.25oz Mezcal
0.75oz Sage Liqueur
0.25oz Lemon Juice

Shake all ingredients together with ice and strain into a rocks glass over ice
Garnish with a sage leaf and a lemon wheel
